Second DUI Offense

  • Probation for 4 - 5 years
  • County Jail: 96 hours - 1 year
  • Fine: $3000.00
  • License Suspension: 2 years
  • Attend an 18 or 30-month long alcohol or drug treatment program

You also run the risk of being required to install an ignition interlock device into all of their vehicle(s) that they own or lease.

Third DUI Offense

  • Probation for 4 - 5 years
  • County Jail: 120 days - 1 year
  • Fine: $3200
  • License Suspension: 3 years
  • Attend an 18 or 30-month long alcohol or drug treatment program

In addition to the above penalties, the judge will most likely require you to wear a SCRAAM device.

Fourth DUI Offense

  • Prison : 16 months - 2 or 3 years
  • County Jail: 180 days - 1 year
  • Fine: $3200
  • License Revocation: 4 years
